We are now accepting Credit/Debit payments!!!  You may use the Payment link at the top of the Home Page to access online payments.  There is a 3% fee to use this payment link.


HOMEOWNERS:  A deposit of $100.00 is required for electric service

RENTERS:  A deposit of $200.00 is required for electric service.

Utility bills are mailed out on the first of each month and are due on the 17th.  If not paid by the 17th, a penalty will be applied and a Final Notice will be sent out.   All utility bills must be paid in full by the end of the month to avoid disruption in service.  If utilities are shut off for non-payment, a $50.00 reconnect fee is applied for each utility.


A deposit of $150.00 is required for  water/sewer service.


Trash pick-up is included at no extra cost to customers.  Trash pick-up is Friday (unless a holiday) and trash should be at the curb by 6:00 a.m.
